Yes. 20% off for any first-time clients if booked for interior / exterior photos. More services = more discounts! Also, we do offer 15% for referrals to your family, friends, and colleagues (they must mention your name for validation).
We have a turn-around time of 24-36 hours guaranteed, starting the end of the appointment. More likely you’ll receive the content sooner than that. We do not guarantee any expedites, however, unless if it’s an emergency and you need the content in less than 12 hours, there is a $50 rush fee. For videos, it varies but around 2-4 days is common, depending on the length and type of video.
Per appointment, we have a $50 cancellation fee, should any of these situations occur:
- Canceling within 24 hrs prior to the appointment.
- Same day rescheduling for another day.
- Photographer was on-site but unable to access due to client’s absence or wrong access information. There is a 20 minute grace period until the shoot is deemed as “cancelled.”
- Photographer is on-site and the property is not readily staged.
However, we understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control. These exceptions include weather conditions. If you choose to cancel or need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hrs before your shoot and within our office hours.
No, we do not as normally our photographers have already planned their day by the you’d try to book within the day. We highly encourage all clients to book appointments at least 2 days or more in advance to ensure quality content delivery and revisions in a timely manner for the sake of MLS deadlines.
You can pay online via invoice or over the phone. We only accept debit or credit card payments. If the total invoice is more than $500, checks or online bank transfer (i.e., Zelle) is required.
We do not require payment immediately, however, you will not be able to download your content until payment has been made in order to unlock the galleries.
We send a link of the download page to the email address that you provide to us. On the download page, you have different size/quality options as well as selecting individual photos. If you need a different size than these, you do have the option to input the pixel dimensions to download a custom size.
No. A Matterport 3D Tour is required in order to extract measurements and information needed to create the floor plan.

It is a product used to create a better experience for buyers who can view the property anywhere, anytime or is unable to attend in-person open houses. They provide an immersive and interactive virtual tour where buyers can move through the home and get a sense of the space. You are able to move from room to room by clicking on the screen of your device. This is something manually done, as it is not a videography. It is not based off of still images, but multiple scans done with a 360 camera. 3D Tours can be viewed on computers, tablets and mobile phones. Day to dusk edits are photographs that are digitally altered during post production from a day photoshoot. We replace the day sky with a sunset sky and alter the lighting of the home to make it look like it was taken at dusk.
