Yes. 20-40% off for any first-time clients, starting with booking a shoot for interior & exterior photos. The more services you book, the greater your discount.
We have a turnaround time of 24-36 hours guaranteed, starting at the end of the appointment. More likely you’ll receive the content sooner than that. We do not guarantee any expedites, however, unless it’s an emergency and you need the content in less than 12 hours, there is a $50 rush fee. For videos, it varies but around 2-4 days is common, depending on the length and type of video.
A $50 cancellation fee applies in the following situations:
- Canceling within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Same-day rescheduling for another day.
- Photographer was on-site but unable to access due to client’s absence or wrong access information. There is a 20 minute grace period until the shoot is deemed as “cancelled.”
- Photographer is on-site and the property is not readily staged.
However, we understand when there are things that happen that are out of your control. These exceptions include weather conditions. If you choose to cancel or need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hrs before your shoot and within our office hours.
No, we do not because our photographers typically have their schedules planned in advance. We highly encourage all clients to book appointments at least 2 days or more in advance to ensure quality content delivery and revisions in a timely manner for the sake of MLS deadlines. However, if it's truly an emergency and you need media by the next day, there will be a $50 rush fee.
You can pay online via invoice or over the phone. We only accept debit or credit card payments.
We do not require payment immediately, however, you will not be able to download your content until payment has been made in order to unlock the galleries.
We send a link of the download page to the email address that you provide to us. On the download page, you have different size/quality options as well as selecting individual photos. If you need a different size than these, you do have the option to input the pixel dimensions to download a custom size.
Whether the new listing is vacant or occupied, it is totally up to you. If you have other plans and no one else is home, please provide gate, door, or garage code in the order note when completing the booking form. If the seller is home and they're comfortable with letting me access, that works too.
No. A Matterport 3D Tour or a Zillow 3D Tour is required in order to extract measurements and information needed to create the floor plan.

Matterport Tours are lifelike, high-resolution 3D tours that allow buyers to explore every detail with confidence. **UPDATE: the Zillow website no longer includes Matterport tours on their website due to a dispute in October 2025. Zillow encourages users to use its own in-house virtual tour option, Zillow 3D Home®, for a native 3D tour badge and presence directly on Zillow listing pages.
Day-to-dusk edits are photographs that are digitally altered during post-production from a day photoshoot. We replace the day sky with a sunset sky and alter the lighting of the home to make it look like it was captured during twilight.
